Create Ticket from Service

It would be super helpful to have the ability to create a new support ticket directly from the service page. This would eliminate the need to switch screens or search for the customer manually, making the process faster and more efficient for support teams. It’ll save time, reduce friction, and improve workflow during fault resolution or provisioning support.
