Blocking Services - Not entire customer profile

Some of our customers have Complimentary services and paid services - as many ISP’s may have. The problem with this is that when a client does not pay their bill in time, the entire client profile including the free/complimentary services are blocked / suspended.

I would like to request that we have the ability to toggle in the service or general settings that a certain service may not be suspended, basically overriding the blocked status.
