Billing Engine Payment Profile

It would be great if the end user us as customers could configure a risk profile that then automatically assigns a Low Med or High Risk to the individual subscriber based on payment history. Example customer skips 1 payment over 3 months i am low risk, customer skips 3 payments of over 3 months and is high risk , so from a payment profile the Business can develop a treatment strategy for each risk , example low risk gets an sms/whatsapp or email payment reminder, while a high risk customer gets a phone call?
