Automatically adding installation fee to Internet Tariff

Currently to apply the one-time fee for installation you need to create the one time invoice manually under billing. However to avoid human error of staff forgetting to charge the install fee, it would be nice to assign one time fees automatically to internet tariffs and therefore splynx automatically raise invoice for the one time fee when the service is created
