Assigning Tickets to Network Sites instead of Customers.

Can we get a feature to assign tickets to Network Sites instead of Customers?

This will allow us to assign tickets to specific tower sites while we’re investigating the reason for an issue.

Maybe also add a section for viewing open and closed tasks on the tower would also be nice to accompany this?

If this doesn’t make sense or if there is a better idea if someone could please correct me i’d appreciate it.
