Assignedment or removal of equipment in Technician app

when technicians collect devices from non paying customers or have to swap faulty devices it would be beneficial if they could do it from the app and this process is logged for accountability purposes. also when they collecting a non paying customer can they be put into a group such as inactive and services cancelled/archived.
