Align Dashboard CAP data allowance with Tarrif Plans

We’re getting customer complaints because Traffic limit displayed in customer dashboard doesn’t quite match the monthly limits in the Tarrif plans. For example, if we set a monthly traffic limit of 1500GB in the CAP, it shows as 1.46TB in the customer portal. I suspect the customer portal uses 1024 but the splynx tariff plans use 1000.
