Address Line 2

Feature Request

Would be very nice if we could have an address line 2 field for customers. We service a lot of apartments where they have unit numbers, but when we put the unit number in the main address field, it breaks many things or makes them very tedious, such as FCC Export, customer map, etc..

    I think you can achieve this with “additional fields” in config.
    Note the “customers” dropdown in the top right.
    Play around this and hopefully it will do what you need.


    I believe that products like Quickbooks looks at the Splynx Address, and Street, Zip Code, and City when importing information to client’s to Quickbooks so if you use an accounting option like that take care.

    I believe that a field already exists in the database but is hidden by default, and Support can turn it on for you? I think I read this on a forum post or Facebook group.

    I ended up working around it by making a custom field (because I didn’t know this could be enableD), but it’s kind of confusing since it’s over on the right with the custom fields rather than by the address info.
