Additional Currency for Billing

We have our local currency configured for billing but have began to get some international customers who cannot pay in local currency and need to pay in USD. Is it possible to get the option to add/bill in an additional currency? This would still show both the primary and the foreign currency on all documentation and also accept payments in that currency.
