Adding UNITS filter like meters,kg, etc in inventory

Feature Request

After using the inventory management system for a while, i would like to have the unit of mesure in this inventory system where we should add items like cables by meters.This will help to manage the usage of cables or something else.

    Inventory need to have automated deductions from item qty when we book items out
