The scenario is one customer is subscribed to a tariff plan with roll over data option.
Currently the config does not allow admins to configure a validity period for data roll over. Or even certain scenarios where data would immediately get reset.
For example;
A validity period. From one year to the date the tariff was activated, all the roll over data accumulated for that period would reset.
If the customer account goes to blocked status, all customer data would reset.
In my opinion this is an absolute necessary required one. As in my case also, i have customers who keeps growing their tariff quote each month and even for years.
What do others think about this?
