A general customer report

Could you create a customer report that I can search on any field. A wildcard search for customers and their services. Say I want to find all of the services with a customer label of Education? Or find all services that that have a specific field value, even fields that I have created in Additional fields? Any field of a service, I would like to be able to bring up a report on which service uses that field. I have working on my MySQL skills, but they are seriously out of date.
