We have requested that a customer must have at least 1 payment method on file. At the moment, the customer can remove a card or bank details without adding a new one (so no payment method is on file)
This then causes issues with automated payments failing and having to chase customers to pay invoices.
We have requested Splynx to implement a function that a new card or bank details must be added first before removing an old expired/invalid card or bank details. The cost to implement is not viable at the moment due to the ongoing monthly support costs. They can implement if enough customers want this
