Feature Request for WhatsApp Integration

I would like to request the following features for our WhatsApp integration within Splynx to enhance our customer experience and improve efficiency:

  1. Automated After-Hours Response – A customizable message that automatically replies to customers outside business hours, informing them of our operating times and alternative support options.

  2. Call-to-Action (CTA) Button – A button that allows customers to select the type of assistance they need, similar to a chatbot, to streamline support requests and direct them to the appropriate department.

  3. Welcome Message for New Chats – A predefined message sent automatically when a customer initiates a conversation, providing a warm greeting and setting expectations for response times.

  4. Closing Ticket Message – An automatic response when a support ticket is marked as resolved, thanking the customer for reaching out and offering further assistance if needed.

These features will greatly improve our customer interaction process and support workflow. Please let us know if these can be implemented and any potential timeline for development.
