Batch actions [item list in product] and [item list all products] differ

If you open the items list, you have more options available in the batch actions button (eg stock location change) but if you open the product list, open a product, and then try to batch action the list, you cannot. Maybe just an oversight that the menus are not the same as both are controlling individual items.
