Assigning Tasks to Network Sites instead of customers.

When you create a task you pick a customer. Once you pick the customer the address fills. The locations field (I think I added) doesn’t have GPS coordinates associated with them but the Network Sites do have GPS coordinates.

Is it possible to add an option to assign tasks to network sites instead of customers? The reason is we will be the customer frequently when doing work for ourselves. The problem is if we pick ourselves as a customer than the main office location is being picked for the appointment location. This would be very helpful because folks like reception who are booking appointments and may not know where tower sites are but they know that something needs to be booked at that location.

An example may help. An appointment to re-aim a point to point radio link was created for two technicians, and the address was the same both for them because we are the customer (our business) but they needed to be at two sides of a backhaul to re-aim it and that information wasn’t ’ clear to them.

We didn’t necessarily want to make customers for our towers sites just to facilitate this purpose when we have network sites.
