Feature Requests

  1. Snooze / Hold Functionality

    • Ability to snooze or place tickets and tasks on hold until a specified date and time.

    • While snoozed, the ticket or task should not appear in the user's active ticket/task list.

    • Once the specified date and time are reached, the ticket or task should automatically reappear in the user's queue.

  2. Multi-Status Filtering

    • Ability to select and view multiple statuses simultaneously.

    • Currently, only a single status can be viewed at a time.

    • Example: View Open, Pending, and Awaiting Client tickets together without having to switch between filters..
